Angry my fan wont shut of

my damn fan does not go off when the car is turned off it will run till the battery dies. it has a new relay any idead on what to check

if it has a relay then the relay is stuck open change it...

Not necessarily. You can check by pulling the relays and testing them, or having someone listen carefully to the relays when the battery is connected.

If all of your relays are new, you probably have a grounding issue somewhere in the wires leading to the relays. You'll need to isolate it, but you'll need to be careful doing it, as some of the wires leading to relays are pulling some current.
