aww, darn it. i got one...but the previous owner of my fd apparently stripped the bolt heads on the towers.
anyone know how to deal with stripped bolt heads?
oh, as for the the bar itself...its pretty darn solid. i read some post in anohter thread saying it was flimsy or bendable by your bare hands....it's not. its pretty darn rock solid.

but, boy, it sure seems like a lot of work that that guy did...i, just like him, thought it was gonna be just a couple minutes to install that brace bar. when i found stripped bolts...gah. but unlike him, i just skipped those hours of work and went straight for the beer, and TV. the brace bar is sitting in the garage beside the car

those strut bars work just as good as the r1 bars. but the ebay sb is definatly not built as well. but not that it really matters either. its a great buy for $30.
