Gordon, Et Al:
I was present for these runs w/ MAX COOPERS car - he was running SEQUENTIAL STOCK twins w/ STOCK porting, he also had a PFS intake, M-2 Med Intercooler, DP, and a large single tip catback (not sure of brand) it was LOUD!! He also had some fuel and ign mods.

He has since gone single w/ a MAZDATRIX streetport.

Let me talk this over with Badog before we concede to something for you if we don't hit our numbers ...

BTW: We plan to provide

1) Video of run and dyno computer screen
2) Dyno Graphs - hp/tq & a/f
3) Datalogit Logs
4) Complete list of mods

Nothing secret. We're just keeping it on the low key until we get the imperical data. Baby steps first. Not like my 1-year-old who ran 15' for his first time walking.

I will say, all bolt ons, 94 octane, non-ported motor, Nocab72's with 30L mine with 66K, 12 psi boost, and no other power adders.

More to come...stay tuned.

I didn't mean to take this thread astray. I'll start another one...

I have to agree with this. There is just no way in hell you are going to make 380 rwhp on stock twins with stock ports @ 12psi, **** I don't think you could make that happen even with the biggest of street ports.
I would love to see you guys try though.
The only way you would only come close is if you had NAAWWS man. And had a lot of it under your seat and some big bald guy driving your car.
Otherwise pass what you guys are smoking man.

just thought I would chime in hear. I hit 334 at .85 and almost 350(if I mrememebr 346 at .95kg/cm2. But is was a STD measure not corrected, and intake temps were 58C.

Dave guessed on a normal day ( not 94F like it was in his shop) I would haev put down 360 at 14 psi. So I can see myself maybe hitting 370 at 15 psi.

I have an amazing and large streetport with 3mm seals, Dave even commented about how nice the engien was and how he coudl compare to many cars with my mods not making same power. There is no way in hell someone is going to make 380 at 12 psi.

THANK YOU!!

i also have a large streetport...and the m2 bb twins and appropriate mumbo jumbo...no way any one stock motor stock turbo car without Nitrous will even hang with me...sad but true.

kz1 and gordon are both telling it how it is.

i assume you must be making a product you plan on selling...if so, that would explain the salesman numbers...however this forum is a hard place to sell Bulldozer. try autozone...you can put yer product right on the shelf next to the snap on rims.

have a good weekend all...once again rikkis thread turns into an interesting and fun topic....well done mr rikki...the past couple threads have kept me entertained on my breaks almost daily...and that is a good thing....keeps me thinking too.

soon i hope...still havent found a tuner here...after xs nearly blew my shi# up.

i found a very intelligent and experienced local guy who tunes huge hp domestics...but i dont know if i should go that way...he tunes mostly motec stuff...and i got the pos pfc.

if i spend the dough and go motec then i can kiss my paintjob goodbye and will have the opportunity for a top racer to help tune it with me when he is in town.

until then i dont know what to do at this point....i should not have ever bought that pfc...too bad i didnt talk with gordon about it until after it was a done deal.

the final option is to go haltech..sell the pfc..and find a tuner with a dyno who has tuned other sevens....still looking into this option.

I would go Haltech or maybe even AEM. I still think the PFC is great, its too bad you can't find someone to tune it.
If you ask me the Motec is a big waste of money for anything other then pure racecars.
If you sell the PFC that would give you enough money to get a Haltech, just have to pay someone to install the freaking thing.
RPM and K2RD, have great prices on Haltechs maybe Jason could hook you up with a good price?

It would have to be NOS to make 380RWHP at 12 psi. I'll throw in a $50 as well on the bet that Rich won't have to eat the hat. Maybe he'll eat it FOR the $50 but not because he lost the bet

I thought that was covered under no power adders? Just the TT's, baby!

Artguy, we're not selling anything. Once we can back-the-bacon up, it's for the world to use. Heck, I'll even post where to buy, and what to buy, and the cheapest.

I can safely speak for Nocab72 and myself to say that we don't need no more stinkin' tax headaches!

Now, Nocab72 might be selling his pretty cold-air intake system someday, but only after he builds mine!

Oh, btw, I have had my turbos off for inspection purposes only, and they have not been rebuilt or changed in any way. Nocab72's are boner stock.

Well, if its not NOS, and your tuning for an A/F in the 11.8 to range or richer, then I don't thing the stock twins flow enough air (CFMs) at 12 psi to make 380 rwhp. It might make it at the flywheel uncorrected in cold 40 degree air with a 15% drivetrain loss, but not ot the wheels. Now if you do, hell, I'll drive up there and watch the hat eating contest and buy whatever it take to make that on the boner stock twins
Atleast your having fun with the car on the dyno,
Tim

Well, you can't stay at my mom's house(my dad would probably get upset...and he gets upset EASY). But if you want, my sister's house if you want....just be sure to kick her boyfriend square in the NUTS...lowlife ******** needs it.

I would also like to add, that I plan on making 400 rwhp @ 10 psi on the stock twins and stock ports on my FD @ KDR on Wed.
Everything is stock except, my upgraded AST, my tireflys, and I plan on doing this without the help of boner stock turbos.

Impressive.... the dyno GRAPH I mean. I'd hate to see Ron Jeremy's dyno graph with the stock boner twins
