I wanted a clean look, not a dirty big alloy box no basically the sheild is straight across flush with the IC preventing any air coming through the front vent from going round the Radiator and IC forcing it up through the centre, I've also got a vented hood to extract the outgoing hot air. the two POD filters basically have their own vent routing air up throught the front vent also, but unlike the Radiator and IC this air is not extracted.
results are good, i prefer the cleaner look and when I get bored I'll change the whole setup to something else again.
