I have been having problems with high rpm sputtering, backfiring, black smoke, and a weak idle. I thought it might have been the plugs & wires so I replaced those, no luck. By this time I was almost 100% sure it was tuning with my PFC. When my car was turned off but the key was in the ON position, it read +0.23 kg/cm2. That reading really seemed off to me. So I talked to a few people on the forum about it and then emailed Dave at KD. He listed a few things to check with the PFC so I did. He said make sure the PIM Volt setting was on Normal, insted it was on Option 4. I changed it back and the car has run like a dream. Strong boost up till 8!!! I can't wait to go out and run the streets today Dave knows a damn good amount about these cars and I would recommend him to anyone.
