My car is giving two codes. the fuel thermosensor and the fuel pump relay. How can I go about trying to fix the problem. The closest rotary shop is about 75 miles from me. So I would like to learn and fix it my self.

Ok were is the fuel theromosensor located? Can I see it with out taking off the UIM?

 

The fuel thermosensor is located in the secondary fuel rail.

 

If some one could take a picture I would greatly appreciate it. And the fuel pump relay is located close to the fender on the driver side correct?

 

Page F-170 in the FSM. You can't really see it. The UIM will have to come off.

 

There are two fuel pump relays. You need to make sure which you are getting the code for (attached is the fuel relay locations).
