Cool. Id be interested in some actual inlet and outlet temp figures, esp under sustained use, as chargecoolers often seem to struggle, even those PWR ones people rave about, but a well designed setup, and that looks great, can work v.well.

Well its been operational for a month now and so far its worked very well. My temps have never gone over 20f over ambient and that was boosting through a windy road for about 7mi at relatively slow speeds less than 45 at higher sppeds highway it stays well below 15. It takes about 5 pulls 2nd-4th gear before the temp goes anything over cuizing wich is just about 5 or less over ambient. All data was taken from my PLX iat guage. I havent had any really hot days to test it out yet. I ganed about 2-3lbs of boost and way better throttle respose than stock. The radiator was moved at a shallower angle and the heat exchanger was sunk further back so both feed from fresh air. They are stock twins for now.
