i have solid alluminum... 50bucks, greatness i love them little more vibration i have a half bridge motor and its not all that bad, sure at idle with the brap my car rocks but it looks cool IMO
polys are a step up from stock they last longer and stiffer and overall a great upgrade.. however thats if your willing to pay the price... they are costly.
OEM are the devil.... liquid filled rubber, very soft and cost about the same new as polys, if not more.

Do a search under the group buy section. I recently bought a poly pair from 4CNAIR he was making kits and selling them for around $100.00. They are alot stiffer than stock and there is some vibration at idle but while driving they make the car feel solid, and like new. Solid Alum. mounts would be much stiffer and have alot more vibration.

Vibration under 1300 rpm
I purchased the ones from RotorSprotRacing and I notice the difference as soon as I got into the car. Yes it will vibrate more and force you to ride the clutch at a higer rpm, so that you don't have to feel the vibration, but besides that (because you will get used to it) they really help with the pick-up of the car. The throttle response is really noticable. I would get the Urethane. I pasted the link for RotorSportRacing below and they do a good job of explaining things. The are expensive, but they are worth it.

thats not paint....
Make your own poly mounts... I just got mine done and they work perfectly.
-Get extra pass-side style motor mount (95' cars already come with two)
-Buy a 3"x6" urethane rod from mcmaster-carr
-Cut two 2 1/8" sections for the mounts
-Cut say 1/2" sections for back side of subframe - trim down so its not 3" in diameter.... you can get an idea of the needed size by looking at the underside of the subframe.
-Drill 3/8" holes through the center of everything
-Go buy some long grade 8 bolts, washers, ect. and bolt everything together
