motor idling rough help?

so a few weekends ago i took my fd out on a drive and everything was fine until about 3omin into the drive i start seeing my oem temp gauge switch going all over the place it went to hot then to cold then to middle then cold again and my aftermarket switch read 150F. so i went back home and let the car sit out for the night. so i did a champagne test and had some bubbles but when i did a pressure test everything was a ok so after doing that i fighured id changed the rad caps and plugs since they were bad. then i started the car up and it started the car up and checked for champagne bubbles smoke etc and had none. then next day i tryed to start it and it idled rough until 5min and started blowing blue smoke and smelled really rich wtf!! what do you guys think i shoud do next? mods are exhaust,dp, Fluidyne radiator, all reliability mods, intake, throttle body coolant rerouting, silicone vacuum hoses, rebuilt injectors, ngk 9 plugs +wires

check the Map sensor, maybe you blew the vacuum line off.

can cause an extremely rich idle(which would be extremely rough)
