Get a good shop to build and tune your motor. I agree with Rich. 3mm seals are a band aid for a shotty tune. You should stick with stock seals. They make the most power and seal the best for your application. Whoever you choose to build the motor should also tune it. That way your covered if something were to go wrong. I recommend PFSupercars, but that goes without saying. Your out west, so your kinda stuck in the middle. Good luck and make sure you listen to the people who have actually been there and done it and not people that read the forums all day and post on your thread.
