I agree. Everyone can do what they like with their own car. At the same time everyone also has a right to express their opinion about it. For example my opinion is that the car doesn't look very good. But he deserves some credit for not having a bunch of fruity "aero wannabe" body panels.

I pay for function, not name. Sorry had to comment. Oh, and Tom's car is great for the "show" scene.. Just wish he'd have picked a different car to destroy.

He wore out his welcome here and is now bothering Honda S2000 owners on their forum.

I don't see anything on his car that is nonfunctional except for well maybe the ducted sideskirts.

i dunno...the way i see it tho is that if he decides to turn his car to whatever he wants, let him be. not everyones in it for the speed and you have to admit, the rx-7 body is amazing to work with.

Is it possible that the aftermarket lens won't hold up to rocks etc. or might be more inclined to fade or discolor from UV? I'm all for someone not being "bent-over" trying to get OEM, but sometimes less expensive isn't cheaper in the long run.

Honestly, why waste any more time or energy typing about Ngo's car? It's clearly a show car cop out and destroys all of the performance potential of the FD for glitz and big stereo's... I may have a kit, and a replica at that, but I'd like to think my car is at least tasteful, and I didn't drop it on airbAgZ and put in a PhAt SterEo yO!.
