More FPD R&R help...
Ok well the fuel smell is getting overwhelming now and I'am afraid to drive it without catching fire. Car has 111k miles on it. Car never floods, starts right up each and every time so leaky injector isn't it. I believe it's the FPD or leaky injec. O-ring. I'am going with FPD first.
I just need almost like a write up on changing it out. I've been searching all day and have a couple of Jonski's pics of what it looks like and a couple install hints. I'am looking for somehting almost step by step mostly around taking the rack off. When I searched there were people that did it so many ways and taking of the fuel rail and all. I'am looking for the easiest route of just changing the FPD. Any write up or extra hints would be great, thanks guys.
I don't mind at all gettign in there and gettign dirty, have done it before just need a little guidence.

Get in and get dirty. If you've done searching you've seen a variety of different ways to do the job. Your asking for a little too much IMHO, you want step by step instructions, in detail, better than you've found already, for free?
I've got a suggestion. Remove the solenoid rack assy. I'm talking about the entire thing with the steel fuel lines. Unbolt the injectors from the block, leave them in the fuel rail. Once you have that whole mess off the block but LEAVE the fuel feed lines attached. Turn the key on, go to the diagnosis connector and jump the F/P and GND pins. This will turn on the fuel pump. You should be able to see EXACTLY where the leak is coming from. Be VERY CAREFUL make sure no electrical connections can arc, you'll blow yourself up!
If I was going that far into the car I'd buy the fuel hose recall kit, the FPD and get the injectors cleaned and flowed. I hate to do the same job twice.
