The UIM is on tight. Last month I installed the Turbo Control Solenoid (TCS), therefore, I had to remove the UIM for TCS replacement. The car was boosting 9-5-6 before the new TCS. It boosted 9-7-8 after the install. A few weeks ago I installed a Pettit DP. The car the jumped to a 10-7-8 boost pattern and it's been that wat since...???

Please don't give people advice if you don't know.
You probably have a bad coupler on your y-pipe. You need a boost controller before you install the efini y-pipe. With your mods, you could easily boost/spike over 16 psi after installing the y-pipe.
Many people like the profec b boost controller. If you don't want to spend the money, install a manual boost controller. Info here:

Do not install the prespool controller.

rynberg: Well I asked about the potential clogged fuel filter problem (low boost causation) because it's kind of like having something obstruct the foot pedal from being pressed all the way down towards the floor board. If it ain't all the way down, you're not really opening up at WOT, therefore, the boost is not going to measure at it's maximum potential. Yes?? Maybe Not!!

areX - I see what you are getting at, but that's not how it works. If the accelerator pedal was obstructed from going the full way down, then the throttle plates wouldn't be fully open. The engine isn't recieving full airflow. With a clogged fuel filter and WOT the engine is still getting full airflow, but not full fuel flow. You'd still get all the air/boost, but not all the fuel and BOOM!
