You are going to smoke any of us "old guys" huh?? well I am sure thats your maturity showing so thanks for proving a point. Oh and 13.6 is hardly "smoking" **** considering the stock 1/4mile time on the 3rd gen is 13.5. I agree that 16 year olds have no business with a car like the FD but hey, thats just my "old *** opinion", oh and I am only 24 there pal.

good company...except for the posers...j/k....believe it or not I had my car to a strip where it was crowded by ricers in Integras and Civics - not many people looked at my car when it was parked

They were more interested in the Airinx and Weapon-R intakes they put on their own cars. Good race with the Viper - if he didn't beat you that much (which is odd with you running 10-11 psi) then you should pull him pretty good running a fmic and 15 psi - might want to think of getting larger injectors since at 15 psi your stock ones will close to maxed out.

I think my ecu makes my injectors run @ pretty high duty cycle right now.. thats why mine runs soo rich..
thats just my theory.

what track? road track?
if u r talkin about 1/4.. i think i may can take the viper with stock rims. kill it with tuned motor.

i'll post more pics later.

Running 10 -11 psi (because of damn fuel smell.. didn't wanted to turn it up higher and also had one passenger + 18 inch blitz rims)

We were doing about 40 mph on interstate.
beep, beep, beep, race starts I was in 2nd gear
rx7 pulled about 1 car... as soon as i changed to 3rd gear, the Viper caught up n he started to pulling.
end of third gear he was about 1-1.5 car ahead of me.

4th gear I started to catch up lil bit but then viper slowed down ...

I must say it was good race.. pretty close race.
We'll race again when I get mine tuned + fmic @ 15psi..

I think i can take it....No problem-o

i'll post some pics / short mpeg video soon..My friend really didn't catch full race....
it looked pretty damn close from behind. i heard....

but I admit viper was FASTER... mad props to him.

Now let me tune it and put stock rims and race him again..lol
Glad you had a good time. You did what i told you to do, and it happened almost exactly how i said it would play out. You pulled on him while he was shifting

That sounded like a nice race. Really nice pic of your crew too.

To the kid bragging about his driving skill...that's one of the worst things you can do, and on top of that, really doesn't convince anyone of anything. A good driver knows what he is capable of, and only needs to prove it in the moment (in this situation).

OneBadRx7(Oh and 13.6 is hardly "smoking" **** considering the stock 1/4mile time on the 3rd gen is 13.5.) if you could read I said my talon runs a 13.6 not the rx-7. O and 13.5 maybe if your driving the 7. but I've seen a stock rx-7 run as low as 13.3. "Shinobi-X"~ you don't need to worry about proving my self I do it all the time.

you are right but saying you are the best driver you know, thats just funny considering I am sure you are a little partial to, well, ummm, yourself! My quote of a stock RX-7 running 13.5 was just a number I pulled from a stats sheet, not what I am running. I know its your Talon that you are running the 13.6 in, I said that just so you dont think its fast or something, lol.

now now kiddos, lets calm down lol. i agree wit shinobi, if ur good u jus know ur good, and if neone doubts it.... they get their share of ur skill when u race them. also i do think that young people ( my age people ) think they are much better than they actually are, like for instance if u dont know how to heel toe, and u are saying u are THE ****, then u need practice, and i dunno thats my oppinion. practice makes perfect, and at 18 2 years of practice is only a start , im almost 18 and of course i am the best driver i have ever seen in my oppinon

Dude, quit lying. How do you think lying about some other rx7's 1/4 mile time will convince us that you are a better driver than all the "old guys" on this forum? I bet you know somebody who has a brother with a friend who new some guy that ran 13.3 in a stock FD and has the vid of some other car to prove it.
