Mexican rx7 FD

Hey guya im new to this forum, injust bought a super clean rx7 1993 FD, by the way im from mexico, the car is quite clean fron interrior out it only needs a stereo, I bought for a very very affordable price but came with no engine, allthought it has 5 speed trany, ecu, harness has a stage 3 exedy clutch, short shifter, Apexi exhaust, and someother minor mods. I justbought a complete swap for $1500 usd.. Might be arriving tommorow at dawn. Just wondering if you have any recomendacion for tunning the car , cause im new to this rotary engines. Imve seen people make them single turbo, also heard of a AEM managmnet sistem thats running pretty good.

Please post me mods that ican do to the car. Asloplaces where i can buy them...
I have an extra 5speed trany ,Ecu and harnes if some one needs it pm me for prices
Ps. I dont know how to upload car pics from ipad
Hope i get good help and guidance by this forums

You might want to spend a lot of time reading and less time posting.

This forum has over a decade of information about maintaining, modifying, or rebuilding just about every part of these cars.

Read the FAQs and threads in the 3rd Gen Archives - RX7Club.com section.

Good luck. Have fun with the build. Remember: SEARCH before starting new threads. You'll get your answer a lot faster.

I'd check the compresson as soon as you get it. In the search you can find whay a good compession is and compare it to yours. I'd get a Apexi power FC ecu right away so you can mod your car as you evolve with it (as in of you want to go single turbo or keep the twins) I'd get it running good first and enjoy it andgo from there. That's my 2 cents

BTW OP
RX7 Club has an neat app for Ipad/iphones and its free.
Ive been o Monterry may times and have loved it.
The music scene is really good there.

Good luck with the car. Mazda just recently arrived on the mexican scene, so they are not too familiar with rotaries. Do they sell the RX-8 there?
