On metal type gaskets like the one between the upper and lower intake, do you recommend using some sort of adhesive or just drop them in and torque to spec.

Aslo on the electronic air pump the one under the upper intake manifold, what should I use to hold the detachable spring against the lower intake.

You don't need any adhesive.
