My reman ran for 30k miles until what looks like a stuck seal put it out of commission. The compression numbers for the most part were still good, the rear rotor was 136,134,135 and the front was 120,119, and 000.

But even with a stuck side seal, it opened up two faces of the rotor, so wouldn't you still have 2 bad compression numbers in any case?
The reman in mine lasted 26k before it chucked a corner seal.

well I ask because I have a reman that was installed in 2003 by the previous owner. It now has around 45k miles on it and Im just getting nervous...its running stock boost and when I had it comp. year ago it pulled 8.3 lowest number and 9.0 highest on all faces. No coolant issues yet.

no but i know nothing is lower than 8.2-3
what should I start looking out for at this age in the engine? I mean if the compression is good what can possibly go wrong...worn out seal springs or something? Basically what should I expect from an engine with stock boost levels but lots of miles?
