to start, the FD has NO MAF, that means that it has no idea how much air is flowing through it. stock boost is safe, that's about it.
you can normally get away with about 3 air flow mods on the stock ECU. (intake, downpipe, cat back for example) after that, the stock fuel map is getting overwhelmed, even at stock boost levels. watch out for cold nights and even without any mods make sure you transition your turbo's smoothly, without a spike.
this is the general rule of thumb.

Stock pump is fine for the stock injectors.
a properly tuned PFC with supporting mods (CAI, IC, exhaust) will handle 13-14psi (some professionals will say 13psi is the limit of efficiency for stock twins)

Alot of people here will jump on you quickly if you ask a question that has been asked over 1000 times... once you have been here for a while you will start to get annoyed too... some of us choose to be mean to the people who post those questions, some choose to help and the majority will ignore the post...
when in doubt do a search before you post
We have ALL made a "reoccuring" post at one point.

correnct me if im wrong... but i believe he is asking how many PSI you can push throught the stock twins before they poo! (of course this will take an ECU upgrade, new IC probably, and upgrading the fuel system). so how far CAN one push the twins?? i dont know? anyone? im sure once you hit a certain PSI you are out of the efficiancy range.... -heath
Oh yeah, PS dont be so mean people... we have all reposted questions multiple times (at least i have) ...yeah its anoying but sometimes good points (on a tangent to the actual question get brought up)... i dont know, if you want to tell someone the question has been asked before nad to go search try to say it nicely at least (or say nothing at all)... and if you have some pent up agression, direct it towards some douche cannon in a stock civic with a huge wing, and spinner hubcaps, bumpin mid 90's "dance" music! food for though -me

I run 15 psi when its cool outside, otherwise I keep it around 13 psi. I have 4x 850 cc injectors and a supra tt fuel pump. 15psi is right at 85% duty cycle with my streetport, 850's etc. running sx FPR. of course I also have a front mount cause the stock intercooler = teh gay.

According to Yamaguchi/Dinkel's book, the Hitachi HT12 Turbos were designed to have a regulated maximum boost of 22.4 in (570mm) of mercury (Hg).
But with a stock ECU, the engine will likely go bye-bye with constant boost sustained above 12.
