sorry for this, its not directed at the people actually trying to help.

but you guys being ********, just **** off. what the hell is your problem?

I don't know if this has been discussed, but a standaaard JDM Car will limit at 112mph. If you get a speedo delimiter and MPH converter that should sort it out.

If your car isnt a JDM, i dont know whtat the problem is.

112? damn. Back when my FD had just downpipe and catback, she did 170 mph. Took awhile to get from 140 to 170 though.....

ok first of all i was just having a bad day i didnt mean to sound so bad.

and thanks Montego thats more of what i needed to hear.

Its not like i was redlineing it in 5th, it was dead stopped at like 4-5k rpms at 120. would NOT go any higher, exactly on 120.

And as far as the history of the car goes, i was hit by a truck and i dont wanna forget it so i keep it there as a reminder. and also the previous owner BONDO'd THE FRAME. so i dont know wtf could be in here. lol.

My turbos leak oil. you can just smell it so it cant be that bad right..?

and i did use the search for bov but didnt find anything helpful enough, thats why i asked.

Thanks for all the tips, i'll set to work on getting a boost gage. other then that, i dont know of any rotary specialist so i guess ill have to find one

His car is obviously NOT JDM.

The problem most people have is the fact that these fundemental questions continually get asked over and over. Anyone with any common sense should know that if you have a turbo or SC, it's a good idea to know what it's doing as far as boost.

It's becoming all to common that these cars are ending up in incompetent hands.

...But I digress...

Ain't that the truth.

And of course people keep answering them over and over. That way when you do actually search you have to look through 1000's of threads to find anything besides stupid answers.

Since I see a lot more vultures than good Samaritans, I'm closing this.

Sexy Rexy, I think the next step for you is to begin using the FAQ and the links leading from it, since searching is not going to be productive if you don't know what to search for. So for example, the FAQ shows why a BOV does not affect performance on this car. The faq is right at the top of the forum.

Well what did you want to hear? that your turbos suck now go out and spend at least 2k on some good turbos and not fix the problem? Well excuse for trying to save you big $$$, you wanted to replace turbos right? Rebuilt stock turbos suck real bad, if you buy used is crap shoot. So your best choices are upgraded twins (BNR), new stockers, or 99's and none of those are cheap.

I was trying to show you why your thinking was flawed but I guess I'm a ******* for that.

I never said there wasn't ANYONE helping, just not much. Thanks for being positive.

Sexy Rexy, your problem is likely a lack of boost. As you quickly learned, 120mph is well below top speed. Also don't kill yourself or anyone else on the highway.

Dave
