I'm currently looking for the perfect 3rd gen RX-7. I wanted to ask you guys if there are any problems I should watch out for? is the 94 better than the 93...etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

read the sticky's man

yes 94 and 95 are tter than the '93 model

they change all the problems with pre '93 models

95 is the ultimate tho, has a few minor changes from '94 model like the abs

well watch out for high mileage FD's, buy one with a new reman or rebuilt

these are expensive cars to maintain read all u can 1st before you commit to one

if you decide to get one this forum is filled with important info and the search button is your

best tool on this board

welcome

No such thing as a perfect car. There will always be compromises: speed, reliability, or affordability. The 93-95 RX-7 is fast, but reliability and affordability are compromised.

Yes, as mentioned by others in this thread. For more info, check out the FAQ & Useful links page: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/
Read the whole thing, most of the good info is in the bottom half.
