Manual rack conversion 2.0
While I was able to find a lot of threads involving de-powering racks and removing power steering, I was never able to find additional information that I needed to complete my conversion.
My problem was that I wanted to keep my A/C, but this presented a problem with the stock idler pulley being smooth. So, I took off the stock idler pulley and went to Napa.
Along with deleting the power steering, I also deleted my OMP and replaced with with a Pineapple Racing pulley. OMP delete was done a while back, but figured I would mention it due to the pics. I will post the part numbers of the pulley and belts used after work.
Here is the final result:
To reduce the typing for manual rack conversion, I have included links to the threads I used:

Lol that too! I actually deleted the air pump and omp the same time. No emissions laws over here 😁
Thanks for the tip. Might look into that once I get my car up and running again.

Here are the belt and pulley part numbers. The Gates belt was used on the PS delete side while the Napa belt was used with the pineapple pulley side.
Sorry again for the long wait.
