The manifold is fine, elongating the holes isn't going to do a damn thing as long as you don't somehow go nuts and open up a manifold leak, but you'd have to be pretty dense to pull something like that off...

ok guys I sold this guy the manifold,(new)gt4082 turbo,tial wastegate and jacobs ignition for 875 shippped and also a dp to use as a blue print to custom it to fit now I know the manifold fits I had it on my car with turbo mounted and everything I am doing everything to help the guy out but don't understand how it fit my car but not his and also how he can say he's pissed at the seller which is me , anyways dude I can help you work things out I already said I refund you for the manifold even tho you basically got it for nothing and it worked fine on my car but alas I will do that to keep good standings and help a fellow member sorry for the inconvience

With broken exhaust studs already beign a nightmare, I wouldn't be bending them. Besides, you would only be bending the end, so you're forcing the manifold onto the bottom of the stud when you tighten it down. Not the way to go IMO.
