Make my RX7 louder

Hi!
First i want to say that Im not that experienced in rotary engines yet...
My FD currently has a cat-back straight pipe and because I will drive on a race track soon I want it to be even louder.
Any tips or things i can do? (possibly for example removing the stock cat?)

Assuming you’re not trolling…..
IIRC from your other posts you have the stock twins. It follows that you should keep the catalytic converter or run the risk of boost creep. That’s when the exhaust flow overwhelms the wastegate and causes an unintended rise in boost, which then causes the engine to run lean, which on a rotary causes pre ignition, which literally blows everything up.
That leaves you with ONLY two options, you must maintain a minimum of back pressure to avoid this ala keeping the cat, OR port the wastegate to handle the increased flow. The latter requires removal of the twin turbos as the wastegate is internal. A big job which, frankly, I doubt you’re capable of.
So, if you want louder, other than the unmuffled cat-back you say you already have, there’s not much more you can do w/o risk to your engine.
And before one of your friends suggest just adding a boost controller, it will not control boost creep. Neither will a programmable ecu.
There are a few hi-Flo cats available out there that will take the high EGTs that a rotary makes. And they will provide needed back pressure. But while they help a bit with performance, they won’t make the car dramatically louder in my experience.

Sigh….

remove your interior and sound insulation.
go with a single turbo with an external wastegate and screamer pipe.
increase boost and make more power.

If you do all these things, you will need a helmet and earplugs to drive the car.

1/10 do not recommend.

Thanks a lot for the quick instruction!!
No im not trolling tbh.
I mean it is still loud for a stock twin setup with the cat (obviously...).
But at the end of the day, i think i will leave it like that and just have my fun at the track

At times I consider getting rid of my race exhaust and getting something more reasonable.
This is because when I am driving at low RPMs through the pits, it drones so loudly that my head hurts despite wearing a helmet.
The low-frequency sound pressure is just way too strong.
On the track, at high RPMs, it's fine.
