Main drive pulley

Yeah so I was lying, here's another thread. In what order do these go on? I know the top is the outermost, then the second one, then the third one, but where does that little one go between? Thanks again.

The little thing on the bottom goes in last. It fits around the e shaft bolt, it prevents the eshaft bolt from getting loose.

I guess that little piece works the same as the washer thing with four holes.
