M2 Stage 3 ECU question

This a dumb question. But, does M2 "label" or make any attempt at putting a logo on the stock ECU once they stick a new chip in it?

Just curious, I just bought a used one.

Also, will I "feel" any difference once I swap out the stock ECU? It's not that don't trust the guy on the forum who sold it to me. I just want to make sure that my engine doesn't grenade by leaning out by running a non-modded ecu...

I bought a used on too.. Mine came with "M2 Stage III" handwritten in permanent marker. I can only assume it is correct as i didn't take it apart to check it.

Rx7speed,

We should hook up. I just started really getting into modding my car and sure could use some moral & Technical support. Working on these damn cars is intimidating as hell! Have you thought about doing SOLOII racing? I want to check it out.

Hey I used to have an M2 Stage 3 ECU. I opened it up once and inside were several PROMs with "M2 Performance MM-##" or something like that on it. You could check it out for yourself.
