Hi I search nothing came up can you run a mid-pipe with a m2 ecu stage 3 ?

M2 never recommended midpipes with their ECU's. *If* you can control the boost, you should be fine with one.

I used to have a m2 ecu stage 3 with a PFS intake, PFS IC, downpipe, & catback with no problems. I switched later to Apexi and Power FC.

What Mahjik said, the ecu itself doesn't matter if the boost cannot be controlled. And that becomes the case with a mp on stock twins, either porting of the wastegate, or restriction left in the exhaust system is required.
