M2 Cold Air Box

Can someone post pics of their M2 Cold Air Box, or give me the dimensions? I'm trying to create something similar. A lot of hot air under that hood.

A buddy of mine has one and his name is "negative" on the forum if you want to PM him. I have a picture of his engine bay and ill post it when i get home. If you are thinking of buying one, personally I think that the M2 airbox is a piece of crap because the many people have had filters fall off and the threads for the lid screws just come right out. Well i guess your probably not in the market for one since you said your were trying to fab something similar.

I'am still trying to learn how to attach pics so I put them on my cardomain page. Let me know if you need more pics or info.

I love mine and have never had any of those problems. I recommend it. I also like the way it looks. If you can build one that would be pretty sick because I had to pay about $500 + shipping for mine.

If you keep the stock airbox, you can modify it with my intake shield for $70. This will give you the same performance as the M2 at a fraction of the cost. It will pass smog too.

PM me if you have questions.

My car passed with my m2 box. But modifying the stock box sounds like a good idea.
