Question Low fuel and no boost

Today on my way home from work I notice that I am getting maybe 1psi of primary boost, never had a chance to get up to the secondary, but that is probably good. My fuel was below a 1/4 tank, someplace it never is, but it has been a while since I have driven the car and it is not my daily driver. So, I am wondering, is there some form of fuel cutoff or boost issue that will occur when the fuel is low? These BNR stock remans have never been correct and I have constantly talked to Gotham about this and they have done nothing. They always made a non-healthy turbo noise even since the rebuild and most "kick in the pants" boost would not hit till the secondary came online. Any ideas fellas, besides the nomral vac leak/actuator crap? Mods are in my virtual garage. If these things are shot, I'm going to be extremely pissed because I don't have the money to throw into yet MORE turbos and Gotham isn't helping so far!! Thanks

Had a chance to get out and check the car over. Intercooler coupler was off. And I'm not talking just a tad either :p No idea how it came off with aftermarket IC, pipes and couplers. Oh well, should be all set.
