Low Boost and crazy Idle

Ok, here's the story. I got the car back from KD after tuning, bigger injectors, and some other stuff and it ran great. Pulled like a monster(354rwhp)made a solid 11lbs, and pulled 18in Hg. That was for 2 days. After fixing some minor stupid things, I have come to the point where the car makes 1-4lbs of boost, and pulls 10in HG at idle. I have noticed a buzzing sound coming from the solenoid below the IAC. I also noticed that the IAC doesn't adjust like it is supposed to. Sometimes it sticks closed and the car won't start, and other times it sticks open and vents off boost and vacuum. Will the bad relay thats buzzing fix this problem? I've searched but have no found this exact problem. Thanks guys.

Map sensor is good and hooked up. There is nothing wrong with the car besides that IAC that I can tell. The vacuum hose thats hooked to it is open on one end and has a little filter on it, I'm guessing to screen incoming air. If this is pinned wide open all the time then my boost and vacuum will be dissapearing out of it too. I thought it was the map but that thing is ok. Thanks.

Ok, here's an update for anyone who is wondering/having the same problem. I was looking at everything in the car and came to the conclusion to check the Boost Gauge. I pulled the boost gauge out and out came with it about a foot of the nylon tubing that goes to the manifold. The thing must have been cut off somehow from me messing with it. I'll put money that is where my vac. leak is. I'm going to change it today and see what happens. Thanks you guys.
