lost the cold idle startup?? how?

hey i havent used my fd for a few months cos of winter. Now i have changed the oil, new fuel, checked coolant etc..

before when i started the carwould idle quite high which was common, now it wont do that??? why is this? Id like to get it back to normal again.

btw this is a 95 jap spec fd as i am living in Japan.

My Car Sits A Lot Too. Sometimes I Get The Same Simtoms As You Are Having. For Me I Just Drive The Car A Few Miles And Park It And Let It Gool Down. Then The Next Time I Start It Uf The Cold Start Idle Workes Fine.
