at first i thought it was a fuel cut or something, but i noticed that after about 4.5-5k i lose all boost in first... the secondary turbo doesn't seem to spool when in first. the secondary spools fine in all other gears.. a little choppy sometimes in second in the high rpm ranges too.. but other than that.. is it suppose to be spooling all the way through first? any comments would be welcomed. thank you

 

Yep, you should have primary and secondary boost in 1st gear.

What mods are on your car (including any home depot or other boost control)?

 

hmm intake, catback, downpipe and the damian boost controller setup. (both precontrol and wastegate) that's about it..

 

Were you spiking or anything without the boost controller?

Is this a new problem or did you not notice it in past?

I've seen some of these homemade boost controllers cause problems in the past if not installed/setup correctly.
