Lose 2ndary Boost...

Placed 3rd of 6 in ASP on street tires!!!! Everyone else (3 M3's, 2 Z06's ) were on Hoosier or V710's.

Everything was going great until 2nd, 3rd, and 4th run when..... in 2nd gear and with Secondaries boost'n couldn't regain boost pressure. I went under the 3k rpm transition, back into Primary with 10psi boost, up through Secondary Boost @4500 rpm and got 10psi feathered throttle and tried to get back on boost and nutn'. I believe it is the Secondary Boost Control Acuator on the bottom of the turbo housing causing the problem but not positive.

Help me out fellas please!!!! Or should I just go non-sequential.

I had the same exact issue. Your solenoids are most likely getting stuck. PM me about details on how to resolve this.

For no secondary boost, first check that your Charge Relief Valve is closing (as it's the easiest thing to verify first). Since you have a cold air intake, most likely it's venting back into your box. Disconnect the hose so you can hear it, take a drive and see if you hear it venting after 4500 rpms (it actually should close earlier but you'll hear it more then the primary turbo joins it).

If it's not closing, check the Charge Relief Solenoid.

Thanks, I'll check that first since it is on top of the housing.

I was also going to try to wire the Secondary Turbo Control open on the bottom of the housing. Do you think that it would cause the secondary turbo to spike?

Start with the Charge Relief system. The Turbo Control is really just for controlling when the primary is open to the secondary. If your secondary isn't holding boost, first step is the Charge Relief system:

I did the check on the charge relief system and it works correctly. I tested the secondary turbo control and it failed on the engine side after the connection to the LIM. I moved to a non-seq (poor man's) setup for now until I get my new BNR's this winter. Then I will do it all!!
