Loose ground wire

Hi there, I'm a new owner of RHD FD

In the midst of installing a dash cam on my FD, I found a loose ground wire next to the interior fuse box under the steering wheel. Was wondering if anyone knows what this ground wire is meant to be for? Apologies for the bad pic, as it was extremely tight to fit a phone and light down there to take the pic.
The ground wire looks factory which is why it's gotten me worried.

Hope anyone knows would let me know

Thanks in advance

You probably need to be more specific on what actual version you have, one of the stickies here has Akagis translating the Japanese electrical manuals....and he might have something.

Assuming it's not the usual defunct car alarm or stereo install, a couple of earths in the vicinity of the joint box, seem to be 7 and 14 (this for a V3 Oz del). I'd expect you'd probably be getting things not working though in that case. Kickpanel off should reveal the airbag one, checking the dash harness might need finessing of aging plastics higher up. Seat out will improve matters rather than trying to fit your melon between wheel, seat and pedals - mirror on a stick and torch might be helpful too.
