One Last PART Identification (Ground Wire)

Ok. This is my FINAL identification thread. I promise!

The Story:
Took the battery and coil harness off the FD at night. Light was minimal. I come out this morning and found a lingering ground wire that I have no idea where it was connected. I found it on the Driver side lying on the cross member near the Crank Sensors.

Other parts currently off the vehicle are the WaterPump housing, UIM, TB, Exhaust Mani/DP/Turbo - if that will help

The Part:
It's a ground wire. 15 inches in length. Has small electrical connector holes on the end. (I've re-wrapped it in the photo but it was wrapped in wire loom and contains two twisted ground wires inside)

Thanks in advance!

That's someone's homemade ground wire, it's not stock. Probably someone was trying to add extra grounds to help with the 3000 RPM hesitation.
