Looking for substitute for discontinued OEM rear brake union fitting

I'm rebuilding all of my hard brake lines in my FD with Cunifer hard line and while doing so I'm replacing all of the unions and fittings. I'm able to source all of the parts from Mazda except for the rear pipe joint (Part No. F100-43-85x), which is attacked to the rear subframe and splits the rear brake line into right and left lines. Ray Crowe tells me that this part is discontinued. Mine is too rusty to consider salvaging, so I'm looking for a new part that can be used in its place. I'd prefer to retain the OEM Metric M10 x 1.0 SAE Inverted Flare fittings, so I've had a hard time sourcing a replacement part.

Does anyone have a source for a 3-way tee union that will work here. Perhaps mazda has a similar part in some of the other models?

we've used the FC union block in the past, its just a steel square with the 10x1.0 thread on three faces, and a 6mm hole to bolt it to the chassis, it was about $20. i'd give you the part number, but our counterfeit parts catalog is in the Ukraine....
