A little question.

Hey,

So I've been looking around and doing some research on RX7 gen 3's, and I've got a question. (If it's in the FAQ, just tell me to go back and read it and which link it might be in.)

Anyway, I'm wondering, since the RX7 is a fragile car, would it be possible if I could do anything to the car that could allow me to use it to drive to and from work? Is there anything out there that I could do to prolong the car's life with the application that I want to put the car to? I read the reliability mods, but they seemed unsuited for keeping the engine (and car) in good shape for a long time.

I have looked around for alternative cars, but I like the RX7's design and all, and I haven't found anything parallel to it. I don't really want to compromise for another car. You guys are more experienced than I am. If you could help me out, that'd be great.

- Andy

Okay. I didn't realize there were more links below. I thought some of them were repeated. Sorry.

Oh, and I had one more question. I was looking around for an RX7, and I came across one that was $9k,

This is the given description:
"1993 MAZDA RX7, 4 cyl, ps, ac, p/windows, stereo, am/fm, air bags, sunroof, lthr, tint, alarm, twin turbo, 13B rotary, cold air intake, needs some TLC"

It's got 113,000 miles on it..... is it worth the 9k (plus the cost of upgrades that are guaranteed to come later)?
