Ok

so results of today.

cant read out the codes for some reason :/ The led trick didnt work ...

I put the following solenoids back in:

precontrol / wastegate

the 2 white connectors on the solenoid connectors (between the green and brown one)

My air pump connector is not plugged as ive removed the air pump as well as all of the other solenoi connectors!

Also ive removed the oem lamba sensor and just installed the wideband o2 sensor and jumpered the oem cable with it (described in the aem manual)

... mhhh running out of ideas :/

car completely cuts out as soon as it sees 0 manifol pressure ...

ok so basicly i think im either in limp home mode caused by the rats nest removal (maybe some other solenoids are important aswell??! or the secondaries are stuck close... havent driven the car since june (just started it up a couple of times ... but no boost or high rpm i would just let it idle for a bit so that the engine would run once in a while and warm up ... could that cause the secondaries to stuck close? But why should they? ive had honda engines out and not running for 3 years... installed them in other cars and they would fire up just fine the first time :/ ... dont wanna cut any injector harness to test if its clicking but sounds like the way to go to check if they are still working or not :/ if the do click i guess it will be limp mode :/ which is kinda a bitch as i cant pull any codes off my pan speed ecu -.- for some reason...

You may want to check your fuel pressure at this point.

check fuel pressure... next on the list even though i dont know why it should not produce enough fpressure as it used to work fine on the twins and same fuel setup half a year ago... havent touched anything since :/ it could be the problem :/

Do you know any trick how to check it? Without having to install a fuel pressure gauge? We dont have a fuel pressure sensor on the rx so i could datalog it right? ... :/ Ive got a tomei fpr laying around but i dont have a fuel rail adapter for the install so that would take a couple of days to arrive :/ Any thoughts on that?

It requires a fuel pressure guage.

ok so fuel pressure seems fine :/ still nasty backfires ... could i have hooked up the fuel feed and return line the wrong way arojnd? like feed on return line and return on feed? could that cause something like that? if i hook up a + and a - to the injector and connected it right to the battery i should hear he secondaries clicking if they work right?

started taking things apart again to find the source of the problem as i just cant get whats wrong with it and it pisses me off... just saw that with the ratsnest removal i deleted a couple of other things aswell as the bracket for the throttle cable .... i made a custom one and installed the throttle cable on the inner mounting point ... i think this one is for cruise control? as it was also empty as i dont have cruise control and easier for me at that moment... could it be that this inner thing i dont know whats it called sorrY... does not turn the tps around aswell? and therefore wrong tps signal -> cut offsż ... hope u guys get what i mean

took apart uim and intake completely to eliminate the chances of some hose hook up mistake or what ever... had the fuel atomizer pipe plugged (but i cant imagine that that has something to do with it) everything else is just plugged ... so no reason for those symptoms... so i guess here we are again... its limp mode for some reason or secondaries stuck!

Find a stock ECU, remove your's and install it. Then see what codes you get.

The issues that you are having sound exactly like the issues I had with my 20B single turbo conversion (Emanage Ultimate also)

Here is where I initially posted...

https://www.rx7club.com/general-rotary-tech-support-11/car-idles-but-wont-drive-under-load-973122/

I went through all of the steps that you did, but never found a solution so I have decided to just install the Microtech that I have.

hi berty! thanx a lot for the input... i took the hole intake apart yesterday and checked everything all over ... couldnt find anything that may have something to do with this problem :/... so i started thinking that i might have to get a power fc as the stock ecu obviously cant handle a big *** single turbo for some reason:/... how is the microtech? does ur 20b run flawless now? thanks a lot again
