Limp mode but no CEL codes

Just a little background, my 93 touring got a make over and i made it a 93 RHD R1/touring model, i got everything changed over from the JDM clip, and i start the car, it won't go above 4k, so i tried a few things that fixed other peoples problems but no luck, i tried to jumper the diagnosis box to make my CEL flash, it stayed steady the whole time, i tried clearing the ECU, no luck. Plus the only other FD owner around here, said that his CEL looked different from mine. Mine does not look like any CEL i have ever seen. Any help? Im looking at getting a PFC to get rid of this problem altogether. any one know if it will plug into a RHD harness?

There's no engine light in those pics, just an "ABS" and an "exhaust overheat" light.

I think the codes flashing on the CEL was a US model feature (required by OBD 1).

If no CEL comes on at the "ON" position the problem lies in your ecu. BUT I'm not sure if this may in your case since your cars is a JDM.
