Limited Slip Differential

What is the hp range when I need to start considering a upgraded LSD? I will run drag radials, but never plan on running slicks. Is there anything else I could do to prevent from breaking the rear-end? maybe something else not as expensive?

mods:
apex rx6, fmic, pfc, fuel pump, etc, etc

thanks for any suggestions

I think it's around 350rwhp drag radials. With regular tires, they'll just slip, and you'll be fine, but with drag radials, they'll catch-grab-slip-hop-catch-etc.

That's, of course, only if you're drag launching. For regular driving, you'd be fine.
