If you are referring to the LIM to engine gasket, unless its damaged you should be able to reuse it. If you are doing an engine swap, I would recommend replacing it. It can fail/leak (a source for some owner's gas odor problems) and its a mess to replace while the engine is in the car.

If you just removed the LIM for some maintenance work, then just reuse it.

^ +1 to that.

i reused an LIM-engine gasket once, ended up having to replace it a few hundred miles down the road because it was leaking and causing my idle to be around 2k rpms!

Did that gasket leak cause you to leak boost as well as the high idle? Sorry to barge, I have just been thumbing around trying to find related issues to my cars issues...
