a lil oil in the IC hoses ok?

Im in the middle of a SMIC swap and as I took off the hoses I noticed an oily film on the inside of the piping, is that normal?

It depends how much. If it's just an oily film, then you are normal. If you tip your IC over and it pours out oil, that is bad and means it's time to replace/ rebuild your turbos because your bearings are leaking more than they should.
