ok i posted a while back how my inner most light on my tail lights are fogs and how only the centre ones are brake/driving lights

(came like this i didnt mod it myself)

and you guys inform me that both should work as brake/driving lights (innermost and middle)

so where would the wires and fuses be that control this, where would be the likely place to cut or disconnect those particular bulbs/lamps, as i want my lights to be a pair as mentioned above and not single as they are now...

Have you tried removing the tail-lights to see if the altered wiring is obvious? They come off very easy - there are 2 screws in the top of each light if I remember, and then they slide off to the side (not backwards). They need quite a shove sometimes to get them off.

I would take them off and have a look - the wiring bodge has almost certainly been done by the lights, rather than at the dashboard.

Either way - you need to come up with a solution for the fogs to pass your MOT. Everyone seems to like my fog light so I might have to take some pics.

hey chaz, i have a fog light therefore i will pass the mot, but i dont want it the rest of the time! i removed the lights a while ago to do the 99 spec mod and didnt notice anything out of the ordinary, but mind you i wasnt looking!
