Lets play, "What did I break at the track?"

got some mods yesterday, went to track.

I did my burnout the way I always did before my new mods and when I dropped the clutch I Heard a loud screetching I guess. From that point on my car would make loud clicking when the engine was on. I could only move inches at time.

I had oil dripping from my Differential casing, infact all the oil dripped out.

What is the best and worse scenerio here? I know its not alot of info, just want to get some ideas.

Something with the diff. My friend chewed up his spyder gears doing the same thing. Sucks to hear it but, looks like your going to have to put a diff on that comming soon list... maybe a Cusco or KAAZ??

You're bringing me right back to 3 months ago for me. Sounds like your dif. The only other thing it could be is an axle(although I doubt it). When I broke my axle, it leaked as well. I thought it was my dif., but it wasn't. So I fixed the axle, and blew the dif. a month later.

My mechanic confirmed.....

I "grenaded" my diff and the casing. Go me!

I'm sorry man. Keep us posted as to what you do (whether you go stock or aftermarket). I bought a warrantied used one, but i'm totally interested in an aftermarket one.
Good luck

well considering it costed me 400 to tow the car there last night, it will not shock me.

I bought a used one with a warranty for 600.

Oh well.
