A few days ago I saw a sexy new lexus at night and the license plate lights looked like 4 really bright white LED lights at all 4 corners hidden and glowing a really nice bright white light over the license plate. can you convert the bulbs on the FD to like..single LEDs? it just looked so good.

 

actually those lexus super-white LED's look sexy just about anywhere..like backup lights, headlights...

a little costy, but it's a start to my search. they seem to have everythign possible LED. they sell individual diodes but at at a minimum of 100 of em. 8000k bright white light..thats HID territory. and they make em socketted to all the regular automotive socket types and with built in resistors to work with regular 12/14 volt sources...

woo hoo direct replacements for license plate, parking light, rear sidepanel, glovebox, and instrument. 20 bucsk each though..now to find a distributor with better prices
