Led bulb info

I know this was beat like a dead horse.but I can only find 6 year old threads.

What bulbs upgrade and make 99spec brakelights and rear blinkers brighter.anyone try silverstar ultrawhite regular bulbs? What led bulbs will work?

Check out vleds.com. I'm running all their bulbs and they work great. I'll try to post some pics when I get home tomorrow. You don't need the triton, won't fit anyways. Only downside to led is the side markers are illuminated even with lights off.

If it is useful, I purchased these from Super Bright LEDs:

1157-RHP28-T - (Tail light, red)
1156-AHP28-T - (Tail light, turn signal)
WLED-RHP5 - (Center brake light)

I don't 100% love the amber light's color, but I was satisfied with the output. It's possible that I have a side-by-side comparison of the original bulbs versus the LEDs; I'll have to look later on.

EDIT: I was able to dig up my comparison shot, but unfortunately, I don't actually know which side is which. In the interests of keeping bad information to a minimum, I'll leave it off unless I redo the test. For ownership experience, I had one of the 1157-RHP28-T go in the first year of ownership; the rest are still okay in year ~3, although low use of the vehicle.
