WI Leaky everything

So, I have a 93 that hasn't ran for about 3 months. As it was sitting I had a slow coolant drip from around the bottom of the exhaust manifold before the turbos around the waste gate assembly. I noticed a bolt missing from a plate on the bottom of the manifold. When I started the car, exhaust poured out of that hole in the bottom of the manifold. Also, the bottom nut on the downpipe is loose and when I started the car, exhaust leaked from it. The first time we started the car, it spit dark (black) oil from both holes, but the oil in the motor is new and clean. Then after about 3 minutes of it running we turned it off for 10 minutes. Then we restarted it and the downpipe had minimum leaks and the hole in the exhaust manifold still poured out exhaust but neither spit oil out. Also the first start exhaust was a white smoke and the 2nd start the exhaust was grey/black. I know I have bad gaskets throughout my exhaust and exhaust leaks. From every piece of my exhaust that had a gasket, I leaked a watery black oily substance. I know that the car sat for a few months and I know thats why it was bad at first, but I know there shouldn't be coolant and oil from the manifold. Is the problem in my motor? My turbo's also have no shaft play. What do you think is causing this?Leaky everything-0124000311.jpg

Are you sure it was coolant? One of the products of combustion is water vapor, which condenses in a cold exhaust system, and would drip out where ever there was an exhaust leak.

You've got to fill us in more. So the car has been sitting for 3 months....what was it doing BEFORE this? Running fine? Any coolant leaks then? What bolt is missing from what plate? There are names for the components of the car....maybe I am missing seeing something in the picture? I don't see a missing bolt there.
The engine will always spew a nasty watery, oily concoction that is, as DaveW noted, simply condensation mixed with exhaust soot for the most part, until it is warmed up.
Did YOU just get this car or something? Please fill us in a bit more with its earlier history so we can better help you.

Some background on the car. The motor has been rebuilt and has about 5000 miles on it. It never died in those 5000 miles. When getting the motor rebuilt, I had all new seals put into the whole engine. Then one day I drove to work and had not issues, turned the car off, and then 3 hours later it wouldn't turn on again. I didn't know what was wrong with it so I got it towed to the Mazda dealership to have it diagnosed. They told me I had flooded out the motor and say that I had coolant leaking somewhere around the motor. They did a coolant pressure test and when they did that one of my hose had a hole in it which then leaked out all my coolant. That hose got replaced and I had no more issues with coolant. The car then got towed from NC to WI to where I am now. It's been sitting for about 3 months and hasn't run at all in those 3 months. While it was sitting, for the last month or so, the car has been leaking coolant. We have not tried to crank it or anything like that. The car has just leaked by sitting there and yes I'm sure it is coolant. Thank you for your help on the oily part, that does sound like it is what happened. Also is the oily susbstance in my exhaust supposed to travel all they way down the exhaust, because when we started the car, there was oil that was coming out of my exhaust tip. Also, here is another picture of the missing bolt for better view hopefully.Leaky everything-2.jpg Thanks for all your help.
