get underneath the car and look at the turbo cartridges if they are wet with oil then i would be the oil feed line.

well its not the drain tube because its leaking oil onto the downpipe causing the smoking...so it should it be the feed line since that is above the turbo?

if the internal seals on the turbos are bad they can leak oil into the intake tract....and throughout the entire system. Some is normal and it may be a separate from the actual leak your inspecting.

My turbos started leaking oil right after they were rebuilt, and consistently leak about a quart every oil change, calling for the big drip pan. The mechanics could not find any external problem, but that is assuming they really looked.

well good news and bad...the oil leaks seems to have slowed somewhat for no apparent reason but now i have a boost leak...it will still make full boost at high rpms in 3rd or 4th but not in 2nd and if its in neutral it wont go past like 4.5psi even if i rev to 8000...any help?
