Leaking oil...but from where?!?

Leaking oil...but from where?!?
Ok from the other post the oil in the intercooler is ok.
Maybe someone can help me identify the source. I was unable to identify where the source of the leak but I took some picture, maybe you can help. My suspect area is where the two red air hose connect to the turbo where there's is a inch section of hardline where it coming out from the turbo. Could this area leak at the seam? If it does would it spill oil out? It's not from the bov since anything near the outlet is nice and clean.
In the pic that has red area that look like the shape of italy. That is the area that is coated nicely. There no sign of residue on the ypipe above the turbo. The residue runs down the wastegate and it's bracket. I dont know if the picture help too much but you can see accumilation of oil on the bracket dropping oil onto the steering rack.

If I was to venture a guess, the oil is blowing out around the front flange of the y-pipe. There should be a metal gasket at that flange coupling. Check to see if that is missing or the nuts are not properly tightened.
Edit: In fact, the identical metal gasket is on the turbo inlet flange in your picture.

But has anyone have anyone had this issue before? Should I be worry about any seal on the turbo? I had another post about oil in IC and people say that is normal... hmmm...

Ok, let's take this back to the beginning:
some oil in the intercooler piping is normal. However, it depends on the amount and the frequency. If you are pooling oil in your intercooler over just a few days, you have a problem unless you are putting the car on a race track.
If you are coating the inside of your intercooling pipes on the first drive (i.e. you clean the intercooler piping and on your initial drive they are coated again), you have a problem. As far as that area, gaskets fail over time. If the previous owner replaced or worked on the turbos, but reused the gaskets; they aren't going to provide as good of a seal as they did when they were new. This can lead to the seams not being completely sealed.

the problem is that even if you fix the leak, you still have problem because having that much oil coming out of there is not normal.
Do you still have the pcv valve? It can be two things, either blown turbo seal or excess blow-by and pressure coming back from the oil filler all the way to the intake elbow on the first turbo. You should see if there is excessive oil in the intake elbow, you have it in your hand in the pics.
