launching my FD (allmost allways wheelhopp!!
this is a problem i allmost allways have
when i want to make a little burnout at the stoplights i get that ****...... wheelhopp. feels like the car mis beeing ripped appart,
what can i do to prevent this??

replace the bushings in the rear end and use aftermarket trailing arms and toe links. Also good idea to put a rear diff brace on to hold it all together. stopped my wheel hop.

2nd, what RPM are you trying to do this at? You'll have to "feather" the throttle and the clutch as you want a little wheel spin to offset the wheel hop, but not enough where you don't get any traction.

For just street "stop light" launches? You don't need any of that stuff. Allowing a little wheel spin to keep hop from happening but not enough were you have no traction is all that is needed.
