Damn dude! LOL Busy with work so haven't been able to get it to the fiberglassers. I am hopefully going to cut the valence and fit it to see what needs to be done from the fiberglass side. If it looks better I was thinking I might have the rear valence molded directly into the diffuser for a cleaner look. The only problem with this is that it would be a huge PITA to service anything under the rear of the car as you almost have to remove the rear bumper plastic to correctly remove the valence.

Well, molding it to the diffuser would definitely give it a completed look. However, serviceability will suffer. God forbid you'll have to access anything underneath the car.
I think if Mazdaspeed wanted the part designed together with the valence, they would have included it as a whole piece...
Only 1 way to find out...
